Hey everyone. My set up includes a 23 channel PRI. We also have a pool of DID's that we can assign. I have assigned specific DID's specific destinations. To help the call center with this I have also placed a CID name prefix on the caller ID based on which DID it originated from. Now, I have Polycom IP 320's in the offices. The calls show up as AD17158229000 for example. And this is good because it tells the people answering the phone where the call is coming from. The problem is that in the call log on the phone it also shows up as AD17158229000. This is find here too. I was wondering if there is a way so that when my users press dial on this phone number that it will automatically strip the AD and then send out the 17158229000. It just wont place the call right now because of the AD in front. I have tried to edit the outgoing routs dial plan but to no avail. For example [A-Z][A-Z]|NXXXXXX
If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.
Thank You,
Trace
