ring tones and conference recording

Hello, E1 from-pstn calls passing directly to IVR without any ringing tone for the caller. How can I setup at least 3 ringing tones before getting to the IVR?

Where are the conference recordings located? i would like to be able to forward the recordings to the users by mail

I thought it was an easy issue but since i am not a rpo on 3x... No Idea?
