Sangoma A101 with E&M Wink PRI

I am getting a busy signal when dialing into my new Trixbox system with an PRI. when I do a wanrouter status it shows "connected" and the carrier says he is able to see that my D channel is idle. We can't dial out though, and dialing in always gets a busy signal. I have a g0 ZAP trunk group configured. I've run through setup-sangoma, zaptel and zapata usuals. How do I determine what "context" I need to enter in the zapata.conf file? Also-I had the carrier tell me that signalling was E&M Wink.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Here are the specs:

Trixbox 2.6.1.1
Sangoma AFT A101SH single port PRI card
wanpipe release 3.2.5

/etc/zaptel.conf
------------
loadzone=us
defaultzone=us

#Sangoma A101 port 1 [slot:1 bus:9 span:1]
span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs
e&m=1-24

the bottom part of /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf shows:
---------------------------------------------------------

;Sangoma A101 port 1 [slot:1 bus:9 span:1]
context=from-pstn
group=0
signalling=em_w
channel => 1-24

wancfg - I have 'protocol' set to TDM Voice.

Thanks

-John

log file note

almost forgot -- I also noticed the following lines in my /var/log/asterisk/full log file

You can't have an E&M wink

You can't have an E&M wink PRI. The line is either a Digital PRI with full 23 channels OR a Analog Trunk with full 24 channels.

Contact your carrier and verify which one is it.

PRI troubleshooting....continued

Ok - Now I am really confused.

I spoke with the carrier and confirmed that it is an NI2 PRI, but they still said that the signalling type is wink start. when I run setup-sangoma I assume I should now select PRI CPE instead of E&M Wink? How does/should this affect my zapata.conf file (i.e.: context=??)

Thanks
