I have a trixbox CE system running 2.6.18-164.11.1.el5 (SMP) and CentOS release 5.5 (Final).
My SIP Trunk is from Vitelity and is configured exactly as shown in their online documentation, which used to work. I attempted to install HUDLite on the server and the install failed. I then uninstalled and sinc then have had issues with inbound calls all failing. Outbound calls work fine. I also have a Linksys SPA3102 configured with a local POTS line and it works great inbound and outbound.
I'm a novice when it comes to Linux and don't have much experience with trixbox CE. If I should post any logs or configs please let me know which ones and I'll see what I can do to add them.
