Hello,
I downloaded Trixbox CE and noticed that there was no SugarCRM in it. Can someone help by pointing to where it is in the application or how to integrate it to the application.

You have to install SugarCRM and the integration tools manually. SugarCRM was taken out of trixbox CE around the end of the year.

Thanks for the response. Meanwhile, can you please help with installation instruction on the integration. I can install SugarCRM but need some information about the integration.

when i selected Source Type : SugerCRM
it says "Not yet implemented"

I have read the comments in this string and in others saying that the integration modules have to be installed manually. I have looked everywhere for them. Could someone kindly point me to a location that holds these modules.

Not sure if this is a dumb question.
Can I still integrate sugar and trixbox/fonality if the trixbox is hosted at my home and i host the sugar online (i.e. siteground.com?)

I was create a Query for SugarCRM at TrixboxCE[CallerID Lookup sources]Section.
1,Move to [CallerID Lookup Sources]
2,Click[Add CID Lookup Source] And Change to the [MySQL]@Source type:
3,Fii out your server & MySQL settings to follow sections.
MySQL
Host:MySQL Host
Database:Database name
Username:MySQL Username
Password:MySQL Password
4,Input the Query Like this...
Query:SELECT CONCAT(first_name," ",last_name) from contacts where REPLACE(phone_home,'-','') LIKE '%${CALLERID(num)}%' OR REPLACE(phone_mobile,'-','') LIKE '%${CALLERID(num)}%' OR REPLACE(phone_work, '-','') LIKE '%${CALLERID(num)}%' OR REPLACE(phone_other,'-','') LIKE '%${CALLERID(num)}%' OR REPLACE(phone_fax,'-','') LIKE '%${CALLERID(num)}%'

I encountered same problem. For the Installation Guide, it seems to me that trixbox should come with SugarCRM embeded. But, I couldn't find it. Reading from the thread, it seems that the integration had been taken off. So, can anyone pass on the guide for downloading and installing the SugarCRM for testing. Thanks,
