Tools to generate SIP traffic

Hello,

Anybody aware about any tools that I can use to generate SIP traffic? In fact I would like to generate both SIP and RTP traffic vs SIP only. (tried SIPp but that is good only for SIP)

All your help is greatly appreciated.
