i have configured two sip channels(A,B) in sip.conf
Now A channel want to talk with B Channel in two way mode.
Kindly tell how can i do this ?
i have two soft phones configured with the asterisk on two different machines.

Are you running bare Asterisk or trixbox. If trixbox suggest following 'trixbox without tears' in wiki.
If bare Asterisk pick up a copy of the O'Reily Book 'Asterisk, The future of telephony. It details Asterisk setup.
