Voice mail and day/night control

Hi all.

I wonder if someone can help. I’m having issues with the voicemail side.

I’ve configured the voicemail extension as 405 and recorded the unavailable message and set up the email side. This all works as expected.

However, I face the following issues:
1. After setting up day/night control [1] and enabling the feature code, when I dial *281 from an extension it says “this feature is not supported on this line”.

2. In the main ring group set up, Destination if no answer - I then select 405 (un-avail) in the voicemail drop down and check the voicemail radio box. If I run a test call, it rings and then goes to voicemail, however, when I hang up the call to the main number from my mobile, the call does not hang up and the Zap trunk remains busy and consequently no voicemail and a problem that the action of hanging up after recording a c=voicemail message has no effect on the system as it still shows the call.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
