When extension is busy, ring my phone when they are finished, then dial them when I pick up?

Is this possible ? Would coding be difficult? Paypal?

My client had this functionality on legacy PBX.

If they dial an extension (internal only) and they are on the phone, the system would watch and when the busy party got off the phone the system would ring the calling party back and then dial the target extension when they picked up. Sounds pretty useful.

Anyone have something like this? Would it be hard to code? They are very interested,a nd so I am I!
