Under Asterisk Info, my Sip Registry shows my AXVoice as unmonitored. I'm just wondering why? Can anyone explain.
AXVoice is showing registered in Sip Peers.

This is not does frequently. This only happens when server is overloaded with its call processing capacity. AXvoice did't maintained call load balancing, so all call routes to best route basis, which usually give wrong stats on call loading.
AXvoice service is not quality service in US/CAN there are lot of good companies like Vonage, viatalk, messiphone etc. So u simply dont' gove for it. Try some new service.
