Hudlite and ZAP channels

I've a client that had migrated some devices from SIP FXS gateway to ZAP FXS integrated card....

I've changed the HUDlite conf users.xml file from sip to zap- and the users are able to do click to dial from the hudlite client... but none of the ZAP devices are shown ringing/on call (they are alaways shown just as "online".... So what I am missing?

It's quite urgent please. Thanks
