Hudlite doesn't update/refresh

We have Hudlite running on about 11 systems, one on the same internal network as the Trixbox server, and 10 remote. While Hudlite's open, at some point it just stops communicating with the server and doesn't refresh the dashboard. So extensions that are offline appear online, and extensions that are indeed online may show up as offline - until you exit out of the Hudlite client and open it again. Basically none of my employees use it because it's so incredibly unreliable, and I really do need them to know when someone's actually on the phone or not.

What can I do to troubleshoot this? We're on client version 1.1.1170 and Trixbox 2.6.2.2 (we did have Hudlite originally installed on an earlier build of Trixbox, but the problem existed then as well).

As far as I'm aware, this is a known issue with HUDlite. Offline/Online update has never worked for me either, but most of my phones stay online, so not a big issue here. If you need better functionality then you could look at other solutions (but they typically cost money).
