HUDLITE Issues - HUD is not updating calls on the extensions OR dropping call status

Hello Folks,

We are having a strange problem on some of our HUDLITE and Trixbox CE installations. Most of the time hudlite is dropping the call status and sometimes it is not even updating the call status on extensions. This is a very strange problem because it is not happening on old releases of Trixbox CE (for example 2.0). We are having this problem on all setups with Trixbox CE 2.6. If you experience the same problem and resolved it; please let me know.

Same problem here.

TB 2.6 - Latest HUD client.. disconnects after a short time.

I've narrowed our issue down to:

1) user is on call
2) user places call on hold
3) HUD shows the user is no longer on call
4) User gets call off hold
5) HUD still showing user is not on the phone.

No errors in the logs.. I'm watching HUD ircd status messages today to see if i notice anything fishy.

I too am experiencing the same issue. Any solutions? I tried reinstalling hud server and it's not working. I don't know for sure its actually being caused by HOLDING. It seems to be vary random.

Call Status dropps after 2+minutes an all calls.

Except on local extention calls or conference room calls.

I will start looking for an alternate solution.

Hud Lite not working

Hi Guys, regards from Argentina, and best wishes for next new year.

I'm a happy user of Trixbox since 2 years ago.
Now after CE 2.8 migration, Hud server start to show different kind of problems that could be able to solve.
The new problem is tha Hud Client became a simple chat server.

No call progress, not internal call followup, nothig of the previous activities is showing.

I coludn't solve even searching and searching on forums ans wikies.

Is not supported any more?

Do we need to migrate to other version?

Please let us know if anyone have the same problem

HUDlite is no longer

HUDlite is no longer supported and has not been supported for over a year. There will be no new releases of HUDlite.
