HUDTAPI not working

The HUDTAPI is no longer working for me. It was working, but all of a sudden it no longer works. When I try to initiate a call in Outlook 2007 I get the following message:

Cannot complete an operation requested by the automatic phone dialer. Verify your modem, phone, and phone line are properly configured.

I've tried reinstalling the TAPI - no luck. I tried removing it first and then reinstalling - still no luck.

Anyone have any tips? Perhaps I should try completely reinstalling HUDlite? I'm gonig to try that now and see how it goes...

reinstall didn't help

Reinstalling HUDlite didn't help. FYI I'm running Vista x64.

I'm going to try turning off UAC.
