Inbound Caller Display on Ring Groups and Queues

Hello.

I'm experiencing a problem with Hudlite with TrixBox CE. I noticed that looking at the forum, other people have had the same issues but there never appears to have been a resolution.

The following are the details of the configuration of my system:

TrixBox version : 2.6.2.2
Hudlite Server: 1.4.32-2
CentOS5 Build : 2.6.18-92.1.18.el5
Hudlite Client: 1.1.1170

When an inbound route is sent to a Ring Group or Queue, the phone rings and displays the Caller Display correctly, however the Pop-Up displays the extension number of the user the hud-client is logged in as. As soon as the phone call is answered, the Pop-Up client then correctly shows the inbound caller-id.

If the inbound route is set to call an extension number directly, the CallerID is displayed correctly in the Pop-up window.

Has anyone found a solution around this problem? I've looked into it and I'm pretty confident it's an issue with /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/dialparties.agi where the coding structure has been changed in Asterisk 1.4.

Any help or solutions (or even a hack) would be most grateful in order to get Hudlite working correctly.

Kindest regards

Mark Smith

I think the complete lack of

I think the complete lack of any support on this issue has made up my mind about Hudlite!

I'll use AstAssitant instead as it works flawlessly!
