I am having an issue where calls to a SIP trunk always show as answered on the first number of a ring group even if the call is answered at a different extension. This is preventing the user from from being able to drag the call around in hudlite because they do not have the call on their extension. If the call comes in on an analog line it works correctly. Any ideas?
