Status not updating

I have trixbox 2.6.1. We are using HUDlite 1.1.1170.

I have configured several people and I do not seem to get reliable status of the people listed in HUDlite. If I launch HUDlite on my computer and log in, it will show me the status of all the people currently logged in. If a person logs in after I am connected, their status does not change from disconnected to available. If they make a call, or receive a call, their status changes, but when they are finished with the call, they go back to the disconnected status. On their version of HUDlite, it shows all the correct status' of all the users that logged on before them. If I exit HUDlite and then start it up again, then I see his status as online.

This also happens when a person closes down their X-Lite phone and HUDlite, the status does not change from Available to disconnected. They continue to show as being connected.

Anyone have any idea what is going on? Am I missing some configuration that would cause updates? It updates the different call statuses, but not the difference from being disconnected to being connected.

Me the same issue - status not updated.
Some strange thing : when I download the HUD Lite the web page says "HUDlite Client 2.1" with the link http://www.hudlite.org/uploads/hud-lite-2.1.1.1170.exe, but ones installed its shows HUDlite 1.1.1170??

certainly we're not the only ones with this issue. I'm not even sure where to look.. Strange about the version number thing too. Same here on both counts.

Ditto here. Just installed

Ditto here. Just installed HudLite. Not correct at all. We are thinking about call center, but wanted to test hudlite first and if this is any indication on how it works, it's not so good. Seems to update at a varying time schedule.

I've noticed the same

I've noticed the same problem here....no updates when an extension changes status.

Are fonality serious about thier product....

This is a common issue here and is worse since the last update (trixbox) - I wonder if they cannot respond to us on this problem, how will it be with a new version ??
