Looking for a quick and dirty telephone survey application. This is to be integrated into our existing asterisk box and accessed through the main IVR via a callback function. The client would get a call and would have to answer questions by keying in a response. Maybe about 10 questions, tied to a specific job number which will be keyed in before or during the callback. Once triggered it would be something like this:
1. PROMPT - How would you score us on professionalism. Push 1-5, etc.
2. PROMPT - How would you score us on overall reliability. Push 1-5, etc.
Once the client disconnects, a file would be written with the results. Very simple:
1 - 5
2 - 5
If there's already an app out there...please let me know, otherwise. Send me your bid for the project.
