help building new predictive dialer 15$ hour

I am going to build a new predictive dialer system and need some help doing so and getting it all set up.I plan to use asterick software.I need someone who is willing to help advise me on the building of the system and then help me set it all up.You must be a pro at predictive dialers and asterick.You must also speak fluent english and reside in the USA as we will do most of this work via telephone.I know the pay is low but this is a start up company with limited funds.I will also need ongoing support for the system and will pay you 15$ an hour for your help.The system I am building is a 5 station predictive dialer system for telemarketing.
