I need some help!

I need some expertise for a very basic setup. I have installed TrixBox CE and purchased SIP trunk service. I can make out going calls but I cannot figure out how to configure the incoming service. In the CLI, I see the calls come in, but it gets terminated and doesn't ring the extension. I would also like to setup a Cisco 7940 (right now I'm using Xlite for testing)

Check the DID for the

Check the DID for the extensions. Your DID must match exactly what your provider is sending you. You will see the number come in from your provider. Your DID of the extension must match that exactly.
