Need help blocking incoming calls to extensions.

Using trixbox 2.8.0.4...

I need to block incoming calls (dialed from IVR) for certain sip extensions. I have already blocked outgoing with the custom context module. I have read Asterisk The Future of Telephony and I still cannot tell how to do it. I have been told this only takes a few lines of code but I am lost. I will pay someone a fair rate if you pm me a quote first. Thanks for any help.
