Hi,

I originally posted in the Help section (link to my original post below).
http://fonality.com/trixbox/forums/trixbox-forums/help/transferri...

The company I work for is quite keen for us to develop this "feature" within our application and they've asked me to "advertise" here to see if there are any specialists who might be able to help.

We're a software company based in the UK in the West Midlands.

Any help (or offers) would be appreciated. We don't need any code writing, but we do need assistance to understand how to configure our trixbox server to enable the ability for an incoming VoIP call to be routed (or trunked??) on to another external call that will be made.

Typically, the scenario will be that one of our customers will ring our trixbox server, they are then asked to enter some information, which is validated (the programming language is Python). If the information they provide is invalid, then we need to route the call to an external telephone number (not an internal extension within the same building) which will then be picked up by a person who will then talk to our customer.

If anyone is interested or thinks they can help, if they could PM me with details (location, costs etc), then I can make contact with you.

Kind Regards

Guy

** SOLVED **

It would appear that I've managed to solve my own problem.

Having read up more on Dial plans and passing channel variables back out of our Python application, I've been able to achieve what we require.
