We are in need of a HIGH LEVEL (Expert) Trixbox consultant for immediate work. We are new to the IP phone world, we bought a server installed Trixbox and did some initial config. Our consultant who was doing work for us was in a bad accident and cannot help us at this time. We are trying to evaluate this platform for our business and need to do some testing to make determination.
Here is the current status of our system...
Trixbox is installed and up and running
SIPs are configured. We have 8 channels
We have three Grandstream GXP 2000s running
We have an auto attendant up and running
We have three queues up and running
This is what we need to do in order to test and determine feasibility of using this in our business...
We have two Cisco 7960s we need configured and up and running
We want to have a few softphones configured and up and running
We want to have round robin working in queues. We are currently using ring all. Can't get round robin working.
Want to be able to set up conf bridge so that we can access internally and have others call in from the outside
Want to understand how to make feature codes work on the Grandstreams/Ciscos
We cannot dial a number from call history on a Grandstream
Two phone numbers appearing on GrandStream Display (don't know why)
Want to be able to set Outbound CIDs
We want to setup follow me function
