Avantfax 3..3.2 first admin login isssue

I've performed a new, fresh, installation of the last Avantfax 3.3.2 release on a Trixbox 2.8.0.4 server.
When I attempt to login to http://myIP/avantfax/admin, I can view the login page but when i put default : "admin" and "password" the login page is reloaded but I can't login to the Avatfax dashboard to add my first, new, user in anyway.
If I put anything different by "password" I receive "Incorrect username or password.
Please try again." and for this reason I think that the problem is not a wrong password but another kind of issue.
May anyone help me?

I've found that memcached was installed but don't started.
After starting the service the issue was resolved.
