With Asterisk 1.4 or newer what's the best DTMF method to use between the PBX and Sipura deskphones?

Also, what is the best DTMF method to use between the PBX and a carrier, such as Vitelity?

It all depends on what your carier/phone supports and what codec you use.

If both deskphone and carier support it, then use sip info as it's not codec dependant
