Calls from SIP trunk routed directly out of PSTN trunk

Hi, I have my trixbox PBX connected to two trunks, one PSTN and the other a SIP trunk to a voicemail system. What I would like to achieve is that if a voicemil is deposited for one of my extensions I can log into the voicemail system from my extension and call the depositor of the message back using his CLI.
Currently when I try this all calls originating from my voicemail platform hit the trixbox and the SIP callflow looks good :-

VM platform SIP Invite --> trixbox
trixbox 100 Trying --> VM platform
trixbox 200 OK --> VM platform
VM platform ACK --> trixbox

However all I get then from trixbox is a recorded announcement that the number I have dialled is not in service.

Can anyone please explain how I can get calls to route from my VM platform out of the PSTN trunk.

Here is a call trace of my extension 601 dialling my VM platform via the SIP trunk using 1256329443. once the call is answered I try to call the number of a depositor of a message, in this instance 07801679137, but all I get back is a recorded announcement as per my first post

Your trunk is not configured properly calls are going to the default context. You can enable anonymous SIP for testing.
