Hello, everone

I have been looking for a new line of work and with the economy looking shady can anyone tell me. Can I make money installing trixbox systems as a independent installer in small to medium size businesses? Is it worth getting into in the southeast corner of the country. I have a good working knowledge of trixbox and maintaining a system so I'm looking into the certification.

Thank You

If I knew what you meant I'm

If I knew what you meant I'm sure I would laugh with you. No phishing here just a little isolated down here in the south and I'm interested to see if this could be a new career choice since I see a need for it in this neck of the woods. I haven't really seen anything posted about if this could be a profitable venture or how the demand is for Trixbox.

The state of your economy is

The state of your economy is only a part of it; most of your success will depend on how you sell, how you install and what level of quality service do you provide during and after your install. The economy here in Vancouver is still booming like crazy, but that doesn't mean people are begging us to install trixbox-based systems for us. It's a *lot* of hard work and keeping your clients happy, but the same goes for any business.

So to answer your question, it depends. Run your business well/smart, and it will be a profitable venture. Run it poorly, piss off your clients and you will crash and burn.
