Can't dial outside calls

I am running Trixbox 2.4 CE in my company with 45 users. Every now and then, users complain about dropped calls and very frequently can't dial outside.

I have tried to look into forums but couldn't find the solutions. Please help.

Our company doesn't have vlan. Is it affecting the quality?

Thanks. We have RhinoEquipment box with T1/E1/J1 card. I have T1 Pri from AT&T. Currently we have 40 users.

Here are informations regarding the box:

1. AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3800+
2. 1 GB of RAM
3. Asterisk 1.4.16-1 RPM by vc-rpms@voipconsulting.nl built by root @ new-host-3 on a i686 running Linux on 2007-12-19 09:03:35 UTC

Monitor your network and server stats

Do you currently have any means of monitoring your network and systems? I recommend that you always keeps VoIP traffic on a separate VLAN for good performance, high network traffic can always have negative side affects on VoIP performance. I would also recommend sniffing some packets on your network and also checking your server logs to see if your network traffic reflects the dropped calls or inability to dial out.
