Hi

I installed a sip trunk but when the call comes in I'm unable to rout it to an extension because for the caller ID im getting an " s ". Has anyone had this situation before. when I do a Asterisk -vvr i get this

-- Executing [s@from-trunk:1] Set("SIP/5070-b7c08d98", "__FROM_DID=s") in new stack

when it shoud say
-- Executing [thecallerIDof the trunk@from-trunk:1] Set("SIP/5070-b7c08d98", "__FROM_DID=s") in new stack

can anyone help me or give me any ideas please

Thank you
