Dialtone on voicemail?

Hello everyone,

I've never come across this problem before on a new TB install. Whenever a voicemail is left, the only thing that is record is a dialtone then after a while you hear "Please hang up and try again"... almost as if the timing is off for recording. Does anyone have experience with this?

A better description of the problem would be that once someone starts to leave a voicemail, it seems that trixbox starts recording a minute too late. Usually what is heard when dialing to voicemail is a recorded dialtone. Can someone please help?
