Hey Forum,
I am facing a strange trouble.
Our CEO has an assistant and they both have DID and regular IVR extensions.
I did create a follow me setting for CEO ext if no answer after 4 rings it ring in the assistant phone if she does not answer it goes to CEO's vm.
All works fine unless if you dial the main number and hit CEO's ext no problem. But if you dial her did it rings 4 times and and rings only once at assistant's ext and hangs up the call.
Any help will be extremely helpful thanks in advance.
