Alright, I know i saw this somewhere and I can not find it now...

Right now I have a ring group set up so when someone calls in on either line all the phones ring. If nobody answers, it defaults to the VM on extension 201-unavail. I was using Nortel phones with the UNISTIM drivers installed and it for the most part worked (even more basic feature set than on the Cisco SIP phones!!!). Needless to say, I now have switched and am using half and half - The 2 Nortels have a setting in the conf file that makes the MWI light turn on (it monitors the VM in box 201). Is there a way to tell all the phones (sip) that there is mail in 201

or

Can I set up a global voicemail box in a different way that will light all the MWI lamps on the phones?

thanks!
Jon

OK I poked around enough in

OK I poked around enough in the SIPmac.cnf.xml file to not see what I wanted, so I reverted to the voicemail.conf and nothing there either. Then I noticed while I was setting the Nat=never for the Cisco extensions that each extension had mailbox=20X@......so I set each extension to the same one and the MWI lights came up like Christmas...
