Sorry if this has been covered before, but I was wondering how to access the web GUI from a computer that is on the outside of my firewall. I have enabled forwarding on TCP ports 80, 22, 10000, 7290. UDP 5060. I tried to SSH through ports 80 and 22. No dice. Any suggestions?

Don't expose the web

Don't expose the web interface to the net, it's a major security risk.

Use a VPN.

I have another option that I tried. Please give your opinion on the security risk. I have a D link router. There is an option to configure a virtual server. What this seems to do is use a chosen public port and direct it to a different private internal port. So I type the external ip address in a browser outside of the NAT, and put a colon and my obscure chosen port. The D Link router redirects it to the trixbox port 80.
