How to check trixbox server for spyware or some unknown script

Hello every one.
We got some one installed trix box and configured the whole system.
We want to make sure that our trix box is free from spyware or some unknown script.
We are new to unix based system. We worked on windows most of the time.
Any help will be appreciated.
