Anything is possible with

Anything is possible with custom programming. That's why it's called Open Source.

Nobody can show you how to do this in the forum.

As I said in my previous

As I said in my previous post it would have to be programmed. Have you read any documentation on Asterisk? The best is www.asteriskdocs.org it covers everything you need to write Asterisk dial plan code.

Do you have any experience with programming languages?

You could always hire someone using our bounty/jobs forum to write a custom context that does not peg CDR's

We have a jobs/bounty board

We have a jobs/bounty board where you can post a description of the job you want and how much you are willing to pay.

As far as how to learn, it is no different than learning anything else. Read the book I mentioned and work on practical exercises in a lab environment to built your proficiency.
