How to integrate zapMicro's patch into installs

ZapMicro produces an 8 port zma800p board which requires a 'patch' to the zaptel drivers along with a new helper driver (zma8xx).

The patch they provide on their website doesn't work, and I'm not sure to which version the 'pre-patched' source they provide actually corresponds. I got the source to compile for 1.2 after too much hassle.

OSLEC, for example, currently requires beta source code - which I can't patch since the patcher from zapMicro doesn't work.

What's required for: a) zapMicro to be better supported and b) getting their patches to work correctly with current zaptel source files?

for a) I mean patches, etc. integrated into the ISO and b) what do they need to do to get on the ball?

Ask your vendor to download our source RPM and patch it to work with their cards. Then send us the changes and we will add it to our repo.
