How to set up ANI

Hi, I just want to ask how to set up ANI in TB? I am having pronlem calling other numbers. I can't get through because the ANI my TB is passing includes the ext number of the softphone. How to strip out that ext number? Any help would be highly appreciated....Thanks in advance

What kind of trunks? Send us an example of what is happening. Also we can't read minds, please review "how to ask for help" in the wiki. Questions without version numbers and complete information are rarely answered.
