User has a Linksys 942 connected to a TB remotely. All works great, but he claims that he keeps getting cut off when on a long duration call after 10 minutes. Short calls, no problem.

I have hundreds of these

I have hundreds of these installed at multiple locations and have never had a problem with one dropping calls so I doubt its the phone, its more than likely the circuit.

dropping calls

It seems strange that it drops right at 10 minutes.

Yeah Also router info would

Yeah
Also router info would be necessary. Maybe you have a weak or defected router or internet modem that cant handle such a load?
Why dont you try downloading a very big file on the internet and see if it cuts off after 10 minutes

We need your internet and telephone provider info as well to give you a better answer

Dropped call

Locally, service provider Excel. Remote side - AT&T UVerse. Mitel and Linksys phones at the remote site. User also has a purchased EyeBeam softphone on a laptop. Mitel phone, no issue. EyeBeam, no issue. Linksys phone, drops call after 10 minutes almost to the second. Computers at remote site connect via Logmein without a problem.

If it were a network, ISP, SIP provider, or switch problem, I would expect it to effect all sip phones. Went ahead and upgraded Linksys to latest software yesterday. No change.

Ok so this changes

Ok so this changes everything, who did you purchase the phones from? Call them up and have them exchange your phones. you probably received them defected.
