Linksys SPA-932 Ring Tone

Hi.

Two weeks ago I made changes to a Trixbox system to signal different ring tones depending on the incoming route.

This worked no problem and still works on the SPA-941 handsets in the building.

On Tuesday one of the SPA-932 handsets gave up and now rings the same for all routes.
Yesterday the other one stopped working and showed the same fault.

Nothing has changed in the asterisk / trixbox settings and the SPA-941 handsets ring differently for each route.

Nothing has changed in the SPA-932 handsets that I can see.
The ring tone names are all the same and indeed the same as for the SPA-941's.

I am sending :-

n=Classic-1;w=3;c=1
and
n-Simple-1;w=3;c=4

Tried a complete power down and re-boot of the entire site this morning but problem still the same.
Imagine this to be a problem with the actual phone and not trixbox and the SPA-941's are still running sweet.

Any ideas would be greatfully appreciated.

I would not guess, I would

I would not guess, I would look at the SIP debug leaving Asterisk to make sure the Alert Info header is populated correctly. If it is grab some wireshark traces and send them off to Linksys tech support.

Wireshark

Thanks Scott.

Am OK with the SIP Debug information but never come accross Wireshark traces.
Would you mind pointing me in the correct direction?

Many thanks for the reply.

Flamer.
