Message indicator working for some phones but not all

I just upgraded to trixbox ce v2.8.0.3 from v2.6???

The reason for the upgrade (for those of you who might ask "why") was that I made a boo boo and overheated my previous box and with the new MoBo, couldn't salvage the os install (didn't have the 2.6 disc either)

So I got my new box up and running (didn't make any changes to any of my phones), and the system works great. The I started wondering why some of the extensions are getting voicemails while mine doesn't. I decided to check my messages, where lo and behold, I have 40 messages waiting. Ugh... no indicator light means no messages in my world.

Since I haven't changed anything in the phones, I'm inclined to think that it's not a problem with the phone, just just FYI, I'm using the Linksys SPA941 phones.

Can anybody help explain why I can't get the indicator light working?

Here is some stuff from my sip_additional.conf

This extension does NOT get an indicator light

sip_notify has nothing to do

sip_notify has nothing to do with MWI.

What is the pollmailboxes set to in voicemail.conf?

It's commented

It's commented out.

;pollmailboxes=no ; If mailboxes are changed anywhere outside of app_voicemail,
; ; then this option must be enabled for MWI to work. This
; ; enables polling mailboxes for changes. Normally, it will
; ; expect that changes are only made when someone called in
; ; to one of the voicemail applications.
; ; Examples of situations that would require this option are
; ; web interfaces to voicemail or an email client in the case
; ; of using IMAP storage.

Uncomment the line and then

Uncomment the line and then restart asterisk "service restart asterisk" and see if that clears it up.
