not showing caller ID

we are using digium tdm410 card / trixbox ce 2.6.1 and we are not able to see incoming caller's id (it says just 'unknown' on the phone). when we try 'normal' phone, caller's number can be seen. any hints, please?

do you see
callerid=asreceived
in your config file?

yes it is there in /etc/asterisk/zapata-auto.conf

Sorry, I just realized we were using older Digium card. When i put tdm410p instead of tdm400 - cid started to show up. Are there any such issues with 400? Different settings needs to be put into config files?
