Hello

I have a trixbox CE system up and running in a store. Now when it is after 18.00 the day/night control switches to the time conditions wich deside if a call is beeing forwarded to the queue, or to the anouncements.
By hand you can switch the day/night mode with *00.

Now my question is. Is there a possibility to always get a connection when the other side is entering a number like *01 or something else.
I want this because when a member is there lets say 18.30. His or her's partner cannot reach the store anymore.

Thanx for replying

Get a connection with who?

Get a connection with who? If an outside user dials *01 nothing would happen

Just at a IVR for the night service

Maybe just add some hide options to the night mode with a IVR

Set an inbound route based

Set an inbound route based on incoming callerID bypassing the time condition? If Joe's wife calls from the house(providing the number is in the system) it should route based on the destination of the inbound route you created.

Number to bypass answering machine

Thank you all for replying to my question. I have added the IVR to the time conditions, and when i press 00 the phones are ringing. Just what i want.
Thanx
