Hi!

Is there a way to "override" a number? Let's say a user on my trixbox dial 1-514-555-1212, I want asterisk to dial 1-514-666-1234 instead. Is this possible? I want to smooth out a transition to a new number.

Thanks!

Olivier

Can you give me more details. You don't have to go into specifics, but just an overview of what I must configure.

Thanks!

The quickest way to get this

The quickest way to get this done is to create a ring group. Ring group number is 15146661234 and its destination should read 15146661234#
The ring time should be set to 60 seconds and just submit changes. This will mess up the ring group numbers and if you want to work around you can use a custom destination as Scott suggested.
