Can any one help me to educate with Pin Set, I want to set restrictions on some users to make outbound call and some to allow, I set outbound password it's working but I am interested to use Pin Set feature as well. pl. assist.

Pin Sets are basically just a grouping of passwords.
For example, say you have an outbound route for international calls, and you want to password protect it, but want each user to have their own password. You would create a pin set with all of the passwords in it, save it, and then go to the outbound route and specify to use that pin set.
You also have the option of saving the pin used to the CDR database for reporting.
