I have Trixbox CE 2.6.1 running from last one year, recently started experiencing strange problem. I have more than 80 conference rooms configured and around 550 user account configured in it. From last one year everything is working fine. For external dial IN/OUT we have SIP trunk with bandwidth.com.
From last few weeks, started experiencing strange problem, users joining into a conference line from internal VOIP extensions joins to the conference room perfectly - no issues. Users joining into the same conference rooms from external lines (Via IVR) sometimes lands into different conference room so can't interact with any other participant already in the conference room. All users joining into same conference line from external lines can talk to each other but not to the other participants who joined from Internal line. All users joined the conference from internal lines can communicate with each other but not with anyone joined from external line. And sometimes user dialing from the external lines joins into correct conference room and well communicate with the users already in the conference room.
What could be the issue here, is it some known issue. Is there any one else who experienced similar issue ?
