Problems with Queue Ringing Options

I am using TB CE, Kernel Version 2.6.18-128.1.10.el5 (SMP). I am having issues with queue ringing options, as well as toggling availability. I can log several agents into a queue, and when called, the ringall option does work, however, none of the options I am after such as RoundRobin & LongestIdle do not work, the caller just sits in the queue. Also, I do not see an option to toggle available or unavailable from the queue, only login and logout codes. Any and all help on this matter would be appreciated.

No ideas, but I do have the same problem that you are describing.

Have a call queue setup with agents statically signed into it. Ringall strategy works, but any other ringing strategy only results in the call sitting in the queue.

I am using Trixbox 2.8.0.4. Anybody figure this one out yet?

I gave up....

I gave up and called Trixbox about the issue. I had to purchase support credits to even get to a live human being to be told that this is a "known issue with this version". I was also told that this functionality does exist in 2.6.2.3. They were kind enough to not charge me for the call since it was a known issue, but I never would have wasted money on credits to begin with if there was a list of known bugs or a changelog that showed what has been broken that was publicly available...

I will follow up with results from 2.6 once I have a chance to test it out.

It works!

Downgrading my version fixed the round robin issue I was having. Seems to be working okay. I cannot get the call time to pass in the CNAM information, even though there is an option that exists that states it will pass that information.
