Routing by caller ID not working.

I have three inbound routes and they look like this

Office
and/any DID --> extension 101
347517XXXX/any DID --> Extension 102
643517XXXX/any DID --> Extension 103

Every time a call comes in using the 347 or 643 number it goes to extension 101 as if the dial routing plan was not there.....

Any one has a clue? Please help.

You need to put up a snippet of the log (using pastebin) of an inbound call so we can see if the inbound CID is correct

Aug solved it

ahhh... there is a zap caller did feature just entered the did there and it worked thanks anyway....
