Streaming Music on hold

Hi all,

I'm fairly new with Trixbox but I've setup a PBX and have everything configured and working but I noticed that when I configure streaming MoH, it seems that it constantly runs that stream even when the phones are not in use and no one is on hold. Is that how it's designed to work? Is there a way to only have the stream running when it's required to keep bandwidth to a minimum?
