unable to recieve calls

i have sangoma a200 card with 4 fxo modules i want to dial and recieve calls
from soft phone i can dial but unable to recieve calls as i have configured
iax extensions.
i have trixbox 2.6 installed

i have atrixbox server which i use as my telephone server, anytime i receive external call am unable to hear the conversation. please can you help me out.
