Hey everyone. Been using Trixbox for years and have never upgraded. We are using the latest version of FreePBX and have always kept up on that. I am thinking about upgrading this weekend and am looking for the process. I have found a bunch of related forums posts here and there, but not a definitive guide with gotchas, etc... Anyone done this and have a process I could follow?

There is no upgrade path. You'll need to download the new trixbox release, and install it fresh. Sorry :(
